• You have not previously had an xk33 account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing xk33 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each person is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on xk33. Duplicate account creation — whether using the same mobile number, same identity document, same payment method, or any other shared identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. xk33 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account detected will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited without notice.

During account registration you will be required to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and to verify it via OTP. xk33 may additionally request a government-issued identity document (NID or passport), proof of address, or a photograph of the payment method used for deposits before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is standard practice in the online gaming industry and is conducted to verify your identity and protect your account.

• You must provide your real name exactly as it appears on your NID or passport. Nicknames, aliases, or pseudonyms are not accepted as account registration names.
• Your registered mobile number must be a Bangladesh mobile number that is currently active and in your personal possession. This number will be used for OTP authentication and withdrawal verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

xk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on xk33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). xk33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. If a deposit is received in a foreign currency, xk33 may convert it to BDT at the prevailing market rate, and any conversion costs are the responsibility of the player.

xk33 charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or card network may apply their own charges. xk33 has no control over third-party provider fees and accepts no responsibility for charges applied at the provider level.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

xk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of xk33 and are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus offer terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.

All bonuses credited to a player's xk33 account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it.

• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Transferring bonuses to other accounts is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• xk33 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will not be retroactively cancelled unless there is evidence of bonus abuse or breach of Terms.
• Players may only participate in each specific promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering with bonus funds is subject to minimum odds restrictions where specified. Bets placed on prohibited markets, at odds below the stated minimum, or on games excluded from the bonus terms will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Where a player's account shows a negative real-money balance at the time a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be applied to restore the account balance to zero first before any excess is available for wagering.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xk33. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and their details reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Creating more than one xk33 account, or registering using another person's identity, contact details, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other activity that is designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game offered on xk33.
• Using the xk33 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity. xk33 is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and will do so without prior notification to the account holder.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or RNG system used by xk33 or its game providers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xk33 staff members, customer support agents, or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

xk33 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct not explicitly listed above constitutes prohibited conduct. Such determinations are final and binding on the player.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

xk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if xk33 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 5; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to xk33, to other players, or to the integrity of the Platform; or (d) xk33 is required to do so by applicable law or by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld by xk33 pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances are non-refundable under all circumstances of account closure for breach.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

xk33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. xk33 shall not be liable for any losses sustained by a player as a result of: (a) technical failures, network outages, or maintenance windows; (b) delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors; (c) game malfunctions caused by software errors in games provided by third-party studios, where xk33 will follow the relevant game provider's malfunction void policy.

9. Intellectual Property
